A HIPAA Compliant Scheduling Platform

 Interpreter Now!'s patient scheduling platform is HIPAA compliant, ensuring appointments are promptly scheduled and assigned. Any pending referrals and appointments are assigned to a coordinator who ensures bookings are completed. We confirm appointments with clinics the day prior to ensure no scheduling changes have been made. Patients will receive a personalized text reminder the day prior to the scheduled appointment(s). This will include the time, clinic location, and assigned interpreter's phone number. The respective clinic will face no fees for work comp claims; Interpreter Now! obtains full authorization from insurers.
