We do not store credit card information after transactions are completed via a secure payment processor such as PayPal or Stripe unless previously authorized by the customer for recurring payments, in which case we will use a third-party payment gateway provider that adheres to PCI DSS requirements for securely storing credit card data.
You may opt-out of receiving communication from us at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email or text message sent from us or by contacting us directly.
Terms & Conditions
Medical Interpreters, LLC provides interpretation services (“Services”) through independent contractors who are certified under applicable law (“Interpreters”). By accessing this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) between yourself (“you”)and Medical Interpreters, LLC(the “Company"). If you do not agree with all provisions of these Terms & conditions, please do not access this website or use any Services offered by Medical Interpreters, LLC.
All Services provided by Medical Interpreters, LLC shall be performed solely by Interpreters contracted through Medical Interpreters, LLC's referral program upon approval of submitted requests made by customers who desire interpretation Services ("Customers"). Customers are responsible for submitting complete requests online at least 24 hours prior to their date/time need for interpreting Services (if urgent requests within 24 hours are needed, Customer must indicate "Urgent" when filling out request form). Once request is submitted online it is subject to approval based on availability and qualifications of Interpreters in Customer selected area code(s). All approved requests must have valid credit card on file with Company prior to appointment being confirmed further discussed below if applicable).
Customers should arrive at appointed location 15 minutes prior to scheduled time for interpreting Service session(s) and remain in appointed location until completion of Service session(s). If late arrival occurs beyond 20 minutes past confirmed appointment start time then interpreting Service session will revert back to initial hourly rate plus 25% late fee per hour regardless if Customer has already paid full fee prior booking confirmation discussed below herein if applicable).
All fees associated with interpreting Services shall be due immediately upon completion of service session including taxes as applicable under state law at location where assigned interpreter(s) renders service (unless alternative arrangements were previously made prior confirmation discussed below herein if applicable). All payments accepted include checks payable directly to Company via Mail delivery OR secure Credit Card processing via third party vendor utilized by Company only thus allowing customers secure checkout experience utilizing ecommerce payment processing methods accepted worldwide including Visa/MasterCard/American Express etc...
